The portfolio management fee schedule reflects annual fees which are billed quarterly, in advance, based upon the portfolio value at the start of each quarter.

Portfolio Value

$100,000 to $250,000

Annual Fee = 1.25%

$250,001 to $1,000,000

Annual Fee = 1.00%

$1,000,001 to $5,000,000

Annual Fee = .75%

$5,000,001 and over

Annual Fee = .50%

Allegiance's services may be terminated by either party by providing the other party with advance written notice. If termination should occur prior to the conclusion of any quarter for which fees have been paid, the pro-rata portion of the unearned fee shall be refunded to you by Allegiance within 30 days of the termination date.

Nominal transaction fees may be imposed by the brokerage firm which maintains your account (i.e. Charles Schwab & Company). These fees are in addition to the management fee paid to Allegiance; however, Allegiance receives none of the transaction fees.

If Allegiance receives any compensation other than according to the schedule above from the placement or maintenance of investments subject to our portfolio management agreement, such compensation will be fully disclosed. This special compensation will be subtracted from the management fee due, or the value of the assets placed in the product will be subtracted from the portfolio value prior to calculating the management fee.
